Brany Mithi (EGPAF)
Elisabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF)HIV Treatment Treatment Failure and DTG Roll out in Malawi. The project emanated from Secondary Data Analysis under the People and Populations Outcome Protocol (PPOP) with Data analysis almost coming to an end.

- Topic of Research Project:Barriers and facilitators to implementation of Advanced HIV Disease (AHD) diagnostic package at a community and district hospital in Malawi.
Brany’s responsibilities require him to:
- Contribute to other study related planning, development of other study protocols, related standard operating procedures (SOPs), data collection tools and informed consent forms
- Participate in training of research assistants, staff from other departments including district teams where possible
- Participate in data gathering through interviews, field observation and or data abstraction where necessary
- Assist with additional data entry, generating and reporting queries, data cleaning and carrying some preliminary analyses whenever necessary
- Provide support for the development of concepts, abstracts and manuscripts
- Present data-driven recommendations to the research and other departments within EGPAF
- Participate in regular meetings to review research findings progress including stakeholder and sensitization meetings in preparation for implementation of research dissemination
