FGHF Grant Awards

Fogarty Global Health Fellowship is a lecturer in dietetics at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural resources – LUANAR and obtained her PhD in Human Nutrition at Michigan State University.

Internship Trainees

The MHIRST Internship program is developed to allow an intensive practical experience for trainees to gain HIV implementation science skills.

Master's and PhD Fellows

The M-HIRST Program will provide tuition, stipend and research funds for applicants wishing to pursue MPhil/PhD degree program at the KUHes focusing on HIV-related implementation science.

QI Projects

The course introduces participants to Quality Improvement (QI) methods, which enables them to develop skills in using the QI tools to solve real-life improvement problems and generalizable insights about use of QI to facilitate local and global improvements in health care and public health.

Research Fellows

The M-HIRST Program wishes to fund fellowships which will enable Malawians achieve excellence and leadership in the area of HIV implementation science research.

Small Pilot Grant Trainees

The M-HIRST program is seeking applications from postgraduate students, academics or research scientists from institutions that conduct health-related research or implement HIV programs in Malawi.
